After reading the Royals saga, and loving it, I decided to check out pretty much anything that Geneva Lee had written and anything that was set to come out. The Sins That Bind Us was no exception. The topic can be hard to discuss, particularly if you or someone close to you has dealt with substance addiction or abuse. That said, I couldn’t put it down. Whether it’s the characters, their development and depth, or the wonderful aspects of their stories woven together. I wish their was more, but they deserve their peace and quiet 😊

This deserved 5 stars because I was able to laugh, Cry, & I was surprised. I enjoyed taking this journey with the characters & embarking on their personal life journey. The twist and plot was so great. I enjoyed being able to see both sides of the story of addictions. I enjoyed how the love for a person can be so strong which can make or break an individual. Bravo!

This has hard subject matter. So if you have triggers this book may not be for you. Where do I even begin?! I'm not sure I can give a review well deserving of this book. This was a story that many people can relate to in one way or another. Even though it was hard to read at times and left me sobbing it was a breathtakingly beautiful story. I literally couldn't put it down. Jude came into town like a storm! A storm I wasn't sure if I could weather or even if I wanted to try! He makes me feel things I didn't even know were possible! He makes me want things that with a past like mine I don't deserve! Even though this was a hard heart wrenching read I loved the story Geneva told. It was filled with so many emotions, I didn't just read the words on the page I felt them! There are twists in this book that I did not see coming and at the end everything makes perfect sense. This is a sexy standalone and is told in the past and present. My only issue was I wish we would have had more of Jude's POV but I'm thankful we had some at the end. This is a MUST READ!!
